We should understand how a sprinkler system works in order to better understand applications for the supervisory condition. Please note that this is an over-simplified overview of sprinkler systems, since engineering of sprinkler systems is a very complex matter. However, a fire alarm technician needs only a general understanding in order to make the proper connections to a sprinkler system.
