The French courts do not have jurisdiction over acts possibly infringing an intellectual property right where such act consists in an offer of goods on websites that are obviously not destined for the French market, namely on sites such as "google.de" in the German language, or "google.uk" and "google.ca" in the English language. Such offers have no impact on the French market.
