In late January, IFRA held a Board meeting at its headquarters in Darmstadt, Germany, and we took the opportunity to ask a few Board members about some of the challenges they are facing.rnMohamed K. Alayyan is thernowner and CEO of Jordan United Press, publisher of Al Ghad, Jordan's most independent Arabic daily newspaper. Less than a year after its launch in 2004, Al Ghad captured the second largest readership market share, and built the largest network of subscribers. And in 2006, Alayyan launched ATV, the first independent terrestrial and satellite, free to air channel in Jordan. He joined the IFRA Board in 2006.
