摘要

The electromechanical devices are one of the key components which are applied to switching, connecting, sensing, controlling mechanics in electrical communication systems, industrial machineries, automobiles and others, which influence considerably their reliability. They have made rapid progress towards downsizing, high-density packaging and improved cost-performance on the basis of high reliability and high safety. They have recently been also developed from the points of view on energy-saving, environmental preservation, and creation of new validity by applying new materials.
