Electrical constitutive parameters of amorphous mixed materials are obtained in this paper. It was not clear to express the amorphous structures in the conventional effective medium theory, and therefore, electrical constitutive parameters were different according to the medium models. In this paper, the mixed materials are modeled in the conection of the circuit elements, and the effective permittivity of the medium is obtained by using a circuit network simulation. Two- and three-dimensional structures are simulated, and the characteristic differences which depend on the dimensions have been clarified. It is compared and is examined with the conventional effective permittivity of the mixed materials.%本論では,不定形な混合媒質の電気的媒質定数を求めている.従来の実効媒質理論では不定形構造の表現が明瞭でなく,媒質モデルによって結果が異なる.ここでは,媒質を回路素子でモデル化し,誘電性の混合媒質の実効誘電率を回路網シミュレーションにより求めている.従来のシミュレーションでは2次元の構造まで検討されていたが,本論では2次元および3次元構造のシミュレーションを行い,次元の違いによる特性の差異を明らかにしている.また,従来の混合媒質の実効誘電率と比較検討し,本論の妥当性を示している.
