We developed an optical input module for a superconducting single-flux-quantum (SFQ) circuit to realize broadband signal transmission between room-temperature and cryogenic environments with low thermal conductivity. The optical input module, consisting of a built-in photodetector and co-planar waveguide transmission line, was fabricated on an InP substrate and flip-chip bonded with a Si substrate on which the SFQ circuits were integrated. We succeeded in generating SFQ pulses using an optical input with an amplitude of less than 1 mW.%単一磁束量子(Single Flux Quantum :SFQ )回路は,100GHzを越える動作帯域を得られるため,光信号とSFQ パルスを相互に変換する高速インターフェースを実現できれば,光信号のデータレートを下げることなく,そのままのレートで処理できる可能性をもつ.
