本研究では,物体と名称の連合記憶時における眼球運動が短期記憶,長期記憶の記憶精度に与える影響を検証した.三つの実験を行い,いずれの実験においても物体と名称の連合学習課題を行った.実験1では予備実験として,名称が中央,物体が左右いずれかに提示された記憶課題遂行時の一般的な眼球運動回数を検証した.実験2では,連合学習時の4つ眼球運動方向による短期記憶と長期記憶への影響を検証した.その結果,特に左方向の眼球運動を伴う学習により,長期間高い記憶保持が行われることが明らかになった.実験3ではこの左方向の眼球運動条件を用いて,学習時の眼球運動量を変動させた場合での短期記憶への影響を検証した.その結果,眼球運動回数は学習直後の記憶精度へ影響を与えないことが示唆された.%In this study, we investigated the effect of eye movements during learning session in object-naming tasks. STM and LTM memory tests were utilized after learning session. Three experiments were conducted, and each experimental task was related to the paired-associated learning. In experimentl, we examined the average number of repetition of eye movements in object-naming task when the name was presented in center of the display and each object was presented at the left or right of the display. In experiment2, horizontal and vertical eye movements associated with STM and LTM were utilized to investigate the effective direction of object-naming's memory retainment. The overall results showed that, especially, there was high and long memory retention in paired-associated learning by leftward eye movements. In experiment 3, by using the leftward eye movements, we examined the effects for STM in paired- associated learning by controlling the number of eye movements. It was suggested that the amount of eye movements had no effect for STM memory, the immediate memory test performance.
