In this study, we propose speaker recognition system using phase spectrum for noisy voice with lack of high-frequency bands. It is extremely difficult to recognize a speaker by the voice which is recorded by security camera or IC recorder in a conventional recognition system using power spectrum. Our proposed system aims to recognize a speaker by the voice using cross-correlation between phase spectrums. We improved window function for phase spectrum and limited phase spectrum corresponding to faint power one. From our experiments, we confirm that the proposed system can recognizes 8 persons out of 12 ones in database and has no false acceptance error.%本稿では近年増加している防犯カメラ等の雑音が多く圧縮によって高周波帯域が欠落している音声での話者識別に,位相スペクトルを用いる方法を提案する.提案するシステムは位相スペクトルの相関値により識別を行うもので,位相特性の良い窓関数の選別とその改良や波形の切り出し位置による位相回転への対処,パワーの低い位相の除去等の対策を施した.12人のデータで話者認識を行ったところ,正解は8人で他人を本人と誤認識した例は0人であった.
