摘要

Locoregional therapy is currently an advanced technique for hepatocellular carcinoma of liver in great demand. For evaluating the treated margin after locoregional therapy, doctors and radiologist trend to use some 3D images fusion application to assess the results of locoregional therapy lately. Usually, Two CT volumes (both before and after locoregional therapy) are applied to a 3D non-rigid registration process so that the treated margin after locoregional therapy can be seen by visualizing the results of registration. However, since the traditional 3D non-rigid registration process uses center based initialization as an initialize approach, but it registration accuracy is not high enough. Therefore, we try to apply a landmark based initialization instead of traditional method when we get some reasonable landmarks from doctor. This paper describes our attempts and show the comparing results of our proposed method and traditional one.
