遮断平行平板導波管に誘電体ストリップを挿入した構造のNRDガイドは、これまで35GHz帯や60GHz帯などで検討され、種々の機能回路が提案されてきた。本論文では電波の窓と称される94GHz帯においてNRDガイドの設計を行った。まず線路の動作図表をもとに平行平板間隔と誘電体ストリップの高さ及び幅を決定した。次に決定された線路寸法からなるNRDガイドの分散特性と伝送損失を計算し、NRDガイドの低損失性を確認した。最後にベンドにおける主要モードと不要モードの結合特性の計算をもとに、不要モ一ドが抑制できる形状を設計し、この結果により結合器の設計図表を作成した。%The NRD guide, which consists of dielectric strips inserted in a below cutoff parallel metal plate waveguide, was investigated at 35 and 60 GHz, respectively, and several types of millimeter-wave circuits were proposed. In this paper, the NRD guide was designed at 94 GHz, being called a window of radio waves. At first, the spacing between the parallel metal plates and the height and width of the dielectric strip were decided based on the design diagram of the NRD guide. Next, the dispersion characteristics and the transmission loss were calculated and its low loss nature was confirmed. And finally, the design diagram of the NRD guide bends was calculated and the coupling characteristics were derived for design of the directional coupler.
