Space Charge distribution in a charge transport layer of an organic photoconductor

Space charge accumulation phenomena have been widely discussed recently. Many researchers have used the pulsed electroacoustic space charge measuring method to evaluate the dc characteristics of insulating materials, especially those used with high-voltage cables, and their results should be useful for the development of high-voltage dc power apparatus. We have measured the internal space charge behavior of new functional polymers, such as ion conductive antistatic polymers by the method.
