Forced Frequency-Balancing Technique for Discrete Capacity Systems

摘要

This paper introduces the concept of forced frequency-balance for discrete capacity components. This concept is then used to derive a recursive relationship for the frequency of union of events in discrete capacity system. This relationship does not need the components of the system to be frequency balanced.
