摘要

A shunt active filter based on the instantaneous active andnreactive current component id-iq method isnproposed. This new control method aims to compensate harmonics and firstnharmonic unbalance. To evaluate its relative performance, it is comparednwith the instantaneous active and reactive power p-q method undernvarious mains voltage conditions and for different harmonic injectionnhigh-pass filters. Both methods are completely frequency-independent,nhowever under distorted mains voltages the proposed method presents anbetter harmonic compensation performance. The system synthesis andnimplementation are performed. Simulation and experimental results arenpresented
