摘要

The internal state of chaos existing in a mapping system, which applies a CMOS array circuit as a voltage-mode one-dimensional function generator, is observed with a method of synchronous analog-to-digital conversion. Time series containing digitalized internal states is the only experimental data obtained in dynamics observation of this system. The system internal state is investigated in time series to analyze the chaotic motion. Lyapunov exponent calculation and correlation dimension calculation about the recorded chaos are carried out through time series analysis. The past and future manifestations of internal state in chaotic time series is discussed and the system performance with respect to operating accuracy is evaluated in an example of text ciphering applying time series recording
