摘要

If you were asked to, you could probably not define all the stresses that you encounter on a daily or weekly basis as a college student. First, there are the obvious stresses such as lab research, essays, term papers, midterms, and final exams. But most students have these to contend with. What about the more personalized stresses, such as the fact that you may be particularly afraid of the math course you are taking, or you don't like handling rats in psych lab, or the last time you performed a chemistry experiment, you gassed your professor, and now you're afraid of making a similar mistake? In spite of incidents like these, you are still highly motivated to succeed and get the best grades you can and go on to graduate school or professional work.
