摘要

A recursive Green's function method is presented for computing wave propagation in two-dimensional nonhomogeneous media. It is shown that, in comparison with the finite-difference time domain method, this approach requires substantially less memory and computational time. The method is validated by comparing with exact analytical solutions and is found to be highly accurate.
