Novel Polarization-Maintaining Semiconductor Waveguide

摘要

In this letter, a novel concept of single-polarization optical waveguide with layered core is introduced and its expected performance is reported by using the numerically efficient finite-element-based beam propagation approach, along with its experimental validation.
