An Engineering Manager's Guide for Commonly Used Change Management Approaches—From One Practitioner's Experience

This paper describes, how based on this author's experience in project management, the three most commonly used change management approaches can help to effectively plan and execute a project. The ADKAR model, the Lewin model, and Kotter's 8 step change model are each evaluated in this context. Strategies, applications, and implications are provided at different organizational levels for project planning and implementation.
