THE 2010 WORLD COMPUTER CHINESE-CHESS CHAMPIONSHIP

The 2010 computer Chinese-chess championship was held on November 18lh and 19th in Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. Eight programs from China, the Netherlands, and Taiwan participated in the tournament. This championship was a 6-rounds Swiss style match. The Asian rule was adopted. Each program must complete all the moves within thirty minutes for one game. In one game, the winner receives 2 points, while the loser receives 0 points. If the game is a draw, the Red side receives 0.9 point and the Black receives 1.1 point. Table 1 contains the information of the participants.
