The geological environment in its natural state is subjected to prolonged forces. Under these conditions process of spontaneous restructuring of its internal structure play a determining role [1]. Large hydraulic structures (hydroelectric stations, dams, reservoirs), as a rule, have a quite substantial effect on the environment. Under these cases man actually carries out large-scale experiments on changing the stress state of the region due to filling reservoirs, which causes additional loading and water invasion of the rock mass.
