First Record of Chrysococcus mfescens G.A. Klebs f. tripora J.W.G. Lund (Chrysophyta) in Ukraine

Mass development of Chrysococcus rufescens G.A. Klebs f. tripora J.W.G. Lund (Chrysophyta) new for the algal flora of Ukraine was observed in studies of phytoplankton of the ponds of the Goloseyevo National Natural Park. The peculiarities of the morphological structure and quantitative indices of the development of this species were investigated. Its original figures, microphotographs, and description, and also characteristics of the environmental conditions, are given in the paper. A new nomenclatural combination Chrysococcus lundianus Lilitskaya et Klochenko comb. nov. was put forward.
