摘要

12 different types of ultrafiltration membranes were applied to study the effect of feed oil concentration on permeate flux, rejection coefficient and chemical oxygen demand (COD). The experimental results show that at low feed oil concentration (0.5%) Celfa membranes had higher permeate flux than Dow and Mavibran membranes, while at high feed oil concentration (5%) the Mavibran membranes were the best. Comparing the quality of permeated water it was established that at low feed oil concentration the filtered water can be discharged directly using Mavibran FS102-05, FF502-04, Celfa CMF-DY-010, CMF-DS-100 and Dow ETNA 20A, RC 70PP membranes, while at high feed oil concentration only the Celfa CMF-DY-010, CMF-DS-100 and Mavibran FS 102-05 membranes produced less than 10 ppm oil content in water, which can be discharged directly to public sewers.
