摘要

The "official" version of the Department of Labor’s final overtime rule will be published in the Federal Register onSeptember 27. The DOL released an advance copy of the rule earlier, on September 24.The long-anticipated final rule will boost the standard salary threshold to $684 per week (up from the current$455 per week floor), or $35,568 per year on an annual basis. The rule will also increase the compensation levelfor "highly compensated employees" from the currently enforced level of $100,000 to $107,432 per year.
