SHRM has reported that the Office of Management and Budget has until April 3 to tell employers whethercompanies will have to report pay data in this year's EEO-1 reports, as mandated under a March 19 court rulingby a federal court in the District of Columbia.The EEO-1 Survey opened on March 18, 2019, and currently is receiving only 2018 Component 1 data so far.The window for submitting that data will close on May 31, 2019.
