You've heard a lot about the challenges of recruiting and managing the "Millennial" generation - people born from 1982 to 2002. But what's the big deal with Millennial, anyway? (Apparently they don't like to be called Generation Y.) Behind the hype, aren't they like everybody else? Won't their peculiaritie fade as they get jobs, get married and have kids like previous generations? Won't old-school management techniques work on them then?
