THE 1012/1013 DEUTZ ENGINES

Some time ago the foremost European engine manufacturer Deutz took up the challenge of developing a future-oriented series of diesel engines. The design criteria were not only longevity and operational reliability but also to fully satisfy current and future international legislation. The resulting 4 and 6-cylinder turbocharged engines of the 1012/1013 Series represent state-of-the-art engines which, in conjunction with the marinisation by Vetus herald a new era in marine diesel engine technology.
