摘要

A new suction dredger with cutting wheel is cur-rently under development at Habermann for dredging depths of 24 m at extremely difficult operating conditions in a sand deposit with a very high quartz content containing ironstone inclusions of varying thickness. The dredger is characterised by extremely high loosening power, a previously unequalled mix concentration and a theoretical gravel yield in excess of 97%.
