Fiscal 2005 Income Limits Issued For Subsidized Housing Programs

HUD has released fiscal 2005 income limits for subsidized housing programs, including "uncapped" low-income limits for 75 community development block grant entitlement grantees and 45 HOME participating jurisdictions. The income limits apply to the Section 8, public housing, Section 221(d)(3), Section 235, Section 236, and HOME programs. The Section 8 and public housing limits are provided in Notice PDR-2005-02 and the Section 221(d)(3), Section 235, and Section 236 limits, in Notice PDR-2005-03. Both notices were issued on February 11. HUD issued a memorandum on the HOME limits on March 1 and a memorandum on the uncapped limits on March 9.
