NMTC Coalition Seeks Special Rule To Increase Loans, Investments In Small Business, Venture Capital

The New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) Coalition is proposing a special rule to increase small business lending and venture capital equity investments in qualified low-income businesses, according to members of the coalition's working group on reauthorization of the NMTC program.
