Schumer, Waters Will Chair Housing Subcommittees in 110th Congress

Sen. Charles E. Schumer (D-N.Y.) and Rep. Maxine Waters (D-Calif.) will chair the housing subcommittees in the 110th Congress, with Sen. Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) and Rep.
