Pennsylvania Launches Loan Programs with LISC, NHT to Preserve Affordable Housing

The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency (PHFA) has launched loan programs with the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) and the National Housing Trust Community Development Fund (NHTCDF) to provide financing to preserve low-income housing tax credit and other affordable housing projects.
