Tenants Can Enforce Rights Under Demolition Provision of Housing Act

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California ruled that the U. S. Housing Act of 1937 allows public housing tenants to enforce their rights to receive notification that their project will be demolished and to receive an offer of comparable housing, payment of actual and reasonable relocation expenses, and counseling.
