The Rural Housing Service (RHS) is soliciting proposals for fiscal 2010 Section 538 multifamily loan guarantees, with $129.1 million in funding available.rnA notice of funding availability (NOFA) was published in the February 26 Federal Register, and responses will be accepted until December 31. Lenders submitting responses which meet eligibility criteria will be invited to submit complete applications.
