Satellite Housing, Inc. is building the 105-unit Vista Valley seniors housing project in the high-cost San Francisco housing market in a mixed-finance deal which includes $12.3 million in HUD Section 202 capital funds, low-income housing tax credits, and gap funding from the tax credit assistance program (TCAP). Satellite is the lead developer with project sponsor American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW).
