Annual Adjustment Factors Issued for Fiscal 2011 Voucher Renewal Funds

HUD has issued annual adjustment factors (AAFs) to be used in determining the amount of Section 8 tenant-based renewal funding to be allocated to PHAs for fiscal 2011. The renewal AAFs were published in the May 10 Federal Register. The fiscal 2011 full-year continuing resolution, like the 2010 appropriations act, provides for the allocation of renewal funding based on voucher management system (VMS) leasing and cost data for the most recent federal fiscal year and the most recent AAFs established by HUD.
