Ex parte Renasant Bank, 2015 WL 4389306 (Ala. Civ. App. 2015), was a decision by the Alabama Court of Appeals finding that claims involving a the refinancing of a home which was later the subject of a divorce action, which claims were unrelated to the settlement agreement which was incorporated into the divorce judgment, were not subject to the jurisdiction of the domestic relations court.
