Applications for the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA)'s 2019 Affordable Housing Vanguard Award are due June 7. The Vanguard Award recognizes new multifamily affordable housing development or significantly rehabbed existing affordable housing. The award pays tribute to developers, demonstrates the creativity and innovation required to create exceptional properties given the financing and other challenges to development, highlights results of private-public partnerships, and shares ideas for unique design and financing mechanisms with industry practitioners.
