The International Code Council and the Alliance for National & Community Resilience (ANCR) have announced the creation of the Housing Benchmarks Committee, which will develop benchmarks for determining housing resilience in U.S. communities. Benchmarks will focus on availability, quantity and quality of homes, emergency shelters, homeowner-ship, and other housing options.
