Wyndham Hotel Group has entered into a franchise agreement with Chatwal Hotels & Resorts LLC and will manage the Dream and Night hotel brands worldwide. The move gives Parsippany, New Jersey-based Wyndham responsibility for properties in New York, Bangkok and Cochin, India. Dream South Beach is scheduled to open this year in Miami Beach, with additional Dream properties planned for New York's Meatpacking District and South Asia. Night will be positioned as an "affordably chic" brand, with services that include guest deejays, gourmet quick-serve F&B and discounts for motorists with hybrid or electric vehicles.
