Marriott International will be the first partner in A Woman's Nation's The Envelope Please initiative, which is designed to encourage and enable guests to leave tips and notes of thanks for room attendants in designated envelopes. Marriott is placing signature envelopes in more than 160,000 guestrooms at participating Marriott-managed hotels in the United States and Canada, Marriott has also invited its franchise hotels to participate in this initiative. "I hope this gratitude initiative will make these women feel seen and validated," says Maria Shriver, founder of A Woman's Nation, who also hopes other hotel companies join the project.
