Alok Refinancing Nears Completion as Nextt Leads U.S. Marketing Efforts

A lok Industries has completed one round of financing for $775 million and has a second round of $725 million in process and with this new structure in place Nextt becomes the front-end marketing arm for the company's products. Nextt is set-up as an independent U.S. based-entity, headed by Arun Agarwal as ceo, a position he held for the former American subsidiary of the India-based company.
