Sister brands Croscill and Excell have enhanced their teams with three recent hires. The New York-based home textiles providers, led by CEO Margaritta Topielski, have brought on Richard Rocco as CFO. He oversees global finance and operations. Rosie Iglesias and Todd Skorupski have joined the team as vice presidents of sales for Excell and Croscill, respectively, and are implementing new cross-channel buying strategies for the brands. Iglesias has over 25 years of experience in sales, having successfully managed multi-layered sales teams to increase market share through expansion and new business growth. She was most recently VP of sales and business development at Elsa L, a home decor company. Prior to that she was involved in the cosmetics, accessories, home and consumer product goods industries, including mid-tier and third-tier markets. Skorupski has over 15 years of experience in the consumer products industry. In addition to his extensive background in sales and account management, he has also steered product development and sourcing functions at various organizations. Croscill is moving on other fronts as well. In late 2018 the company relaunched Croscill.com on a new digital platform and plans to continue to optimize the website throughout the year, including a complete rebrand of the site. Croscill is also investing in 360-degree consumer marketing strategies to enhance its omni-channel presence by partnering with New York-based branding agency The Case. The agency has worked with global companies including The Estee Lauder Co., Shiseido, Johnson & Johnson and Pepsi as well as social-first start-ups like OUAI and Summer Fridays.
