Contracts round-up

Contractors interested in bidding for an estimated £21 million project to replace the Chelmer Viaduct in Essex must apply to the Highways Agency for a place on the select list of contractors by 13 November. Up to five contractors are expected to be shortlisted for the scheme, which will start on site in late 2014.
