The delivery of highways services across the country is evolving, with local authorities and providers seeking new ways to increase community involvement in the decisions and delivery of infrastructure projects. Amey is embracing this approach in Staffordshire, developing methods to not only deliver an excellent highways service for our client, Staffordshire County Council, but also supporting ambitious growth plans and putting residents at the heart of shaping investment in the county. To meet Staffordshire's needs, Amey will be using its experience from working with other local authorities to develop a partnership model centred on supporting the local community - individuals, private and public organisations and other local authorities within the county.
