1. Contractors have been asked to prequalify for a roads maintenance deal that could last up to 14 years and be worth a total of £280 to the winner. Telford and Wrekin Council in Shropshire wants a contractor to carry out both reactive and planned maintenance on areas including roads, footways, gully cleansing, drainage and minor road improvement schemes.
