Pondering power supplies and parts

Leafing through some back issues, the review of the Arcam rDAC in the August Group Test [2011] brought a wry smile to my face. It seems the importance of the humble power supply has long been forgotten since the early days of Paul Miller's component testing! Remember when Mr Miller co-related power supply behaviour and interactions (both analogue and digital, and the wonderful 3D charts) with sound quality?
