Canada-based Paradigm has already had its top-end Studio and Signature loudspeakers reviewed in the UK [HFN Dec '11]. Now, however, the brand has chosen to debut its more affordable Monitor 7 and Cinema series. The 7 Series is said to be a complete redesign of the Monitor line-up, first introduced over 15 years ago. With leaner aesthetics and a smaller footprint, Paradigm intends the speakers to be more domestically acceptable while promising no trade-off in performance thanks to tech borrowed from the company's Signature series. This includes the use of satin-anodised pure-aluminium dome tweeters and cones.
