Co-produced by Noel Lee of Monster, this collection keeps well to the middle of the road, while the sound is excellent. Benson kicks off with a filigree solo on 'Tenderly' and offers a flowery orchestration of 'I Want To Hold Your Hand' before showing just what a great vocalist he still is on 'My Cherie Amour' and some older ballads. There's a faint nod to Coltrane with 'Naima,' an almost genteel look at The Champs' 'Tequila' and another unaccompanied solo as he gives 'Danny Boy' an intriguing guitar-as-bagpipes effect.
