You know you're getting old (so I'm told) when your junk mail starts to include catalogues full of fleecy pyjamas, walking frames and other aids for the aged. Or when pretty young girls in shops start holding doors open for you, rather than the other way round. Or, more seriously, when you just can't cope with new technology.
