High Voltage from T+A

Exhibiting at this year's CES [see Show Report, page 17] T+A has applied know-how gained in the design of its earlier V-series tube amps to a new amplifier and CD player/ DAC combination. These new HV products are driven at significantly higher voltage than typical, promising very linear performance over the 20% or so of its range that's drawn upon in practice. Use of feedback is limited, says T+A.
